Our annual service agreement includes 2) visits, typically 6 months apart. Included with Maintenance:

*Inspection of all major and minor components for systems heating and cooling  
*Performance testing-  auxiliary heat, refrigerant levels dialed in by super heat and sub cooling, airflow testing of temperatures and volume/pressure, airloss, heating and cooling sensors  
*Cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils, blower and duct inspection, flushing condensate drainage by liquid/air cleaning,
